in the technology sector, Mr. Mahajan is responsible

for last seven years.

As Chief Technology Officer and one of the founder
members of Xicom, Mr. Deepak has over 6 years experience
in the computer industry. Mr. Deepak has held various
management and development positions focused on
research and development for external storage, technology
enhancement, security and data processing.

Rahul Mahajan is the Co-founder, Chief Executive
Officer, and Chairman of the Board of Directors
of Xicom Technologies. With over 7 years of experience
in the software development industry, he now serves
as the chairman of Xicom Technologies. Mr Mahajan
provides the vision for the Company and is committed
to its future growth through business development
and acquisitions.
Mr. Vikas Chugh
Chief Operating Officer
(COO), Director and Vice President
As Vice President, corporate strategy with over
7 years IT experience, Mr. Vikas Chugh is responsible
for Xicoms' long range planning and business strategy
development. He has been instrumental in expanding
the companys' business development processes, strategic
planning, market development, product marketing
